Protection of the demo version
The demo is a special version of the Silverlight controls prepared for demo and test purposes.
These controls are fully functional without any limitations as number of users or
servers, etc. You can use them for preparing the test Silverlight application and safety
checking, whether our product fit your requirements before you buy it. Afterwards,
it is enough, you’ll exchange references the retail version assemblies instead demo ones in
your project.
The demo controls differs from retail in displaying special demo link as watermark (hyperlink
to ComponentGo site with DEMO text) at right-bottom of control.
What does the setup program contain?
The setup installation program beside control libraries in DLL files contains following
elements:
- The documentation and reference of classes, methods, properties as a standalone
CHM file, you can review without any additional tools like Visual Studio.
- The sample Silverlight applications prepared in C# languages that show
common programming issues and database (WCF) connection with MSSQL database.
- Integration with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microft Expression Blend Toolbox that allows using the controls just
by dragging them from Toolbox window into design form. If you are using previous
version of Visual Studio you can still add controls manually by using “Choose Items…”
option in toolbox menu, and pointing at appropriates ComponentGo.*.dll assembly
files.
- Source code written in C# language for all ComponentGo controls included in the
product.
- Component license document.
- The system menu Start entries that allow starting above-mentioned items.
